Improved braking performance is mandated by the addition of larger/heavier wheels, increased engine output and increased safety during track events.
The purpose of this CD is to acquaint the enthusiast with brake operation principles and BMW brake component interchange.
By properly blending original BMW parts, street and track performance can be improved well beyond factory delivered brake effectiveness.
There are technical limitations with regard to wheel size, suspension design and vehicle condition. Other considerations include cost, suspension alignment and vehicle use. A complete examination of all alternatives in light of user objectives will lead to the best result.
