E39 E38 Add-On Aluminum Shroud and Expansion Tank

For those who want to improve an e39 or e38 cooling system without replacing the radiator...we would like to introduce our newest cooling system upgrade. This shroud and expansion tank assembly is an excellent way to improve cooling while preserving the value of your current radiator investment. The shroud is adapted to fit a Spal 16" HP fan assembly with stock mounting feet, which are available separately.

Additionally, now you can turn your Zionsville Autosport e39-e38 Alloy Radiator into a Super Duty Kit I! This upgrade requires no additional welding, so it can be installed in the field with rivets across the upper and lower core header panels. This kit can also be used on O.E. radiators or other aftermarket radiators with O.E. core dimensions.

Single Speed Fan Kit ( + $89.95 )
This option includes one wiring kit. The factory auxiliary fan is retained. The SPAL fan operates at a single speed on its own circuit.

This option includes two wiring kits and a resistor. The factory auxiliary fan is retained. The SPAL fan operates at two speeds on its own circuit.
