| 1. | The information you provide is used for order processing only. Your personal information is never shared with, or sold to, outside parties. We do not send solicitations via email, or postal mail unless you voluntarily sign up to receive such offers. |
| 2. | We use cookies to identify your shopping cart while you are visiting the site. This is done by storing a small text file in your Cookies folder. Contained in the file, is a randomly generated number that corresponds to a shopping cart created on our server. When you request a page from our site, this number is sent so we can deliver the appropriate information. No personally identifiable information is ever sent to us until you place an order. |
Exchange / Return | |
| 1. | No returns on electrical, fuel injection, software, or special order items |
| 2. | Returned items must be in their original packaging. |
| 3. | Returned items must include all parts, fasteners, and/or literature. |
| 4. | New parts - No returns on used, installed or modified parts. |
| 5. | No returns on items damaged due to incorrect installation. |
| 6. | No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. You may obtain this number from your original salesperson. |
| 7. | Parts returned without original identifying marks will be refused. |
| 8. | No refunds or exchanges after 10 days from the invoice date |
| 9. | Returned parts may be subject to a 25% restock fee |
| 10. | In store credits will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued. |
Misc. | |
| 1. | The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs |
| 2. | Indiana residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax. |
| 3. | Any product sold upon which there is legal restriction is sold with the intent that the purchaser will use it in accordance with any and all applicable state and Federal laws. |
| 4. | We are not responsible for misdiagnoses. Please have a qualified technician evaluate your car before placing an order. |

Warranty | |
| 1. | New parts are covered under the manufacturers original warranty. Used parts are guaranteed to be in working condition for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. Should a part fail during this period we will repair it, replace it or allow an in store credit; at our discretion. Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, installation on racing vehicles, vehicles with racing equipment, improper maintenance or improper installation shall void all warranties. |
| 2. | All engines are warranted against knocks and cracks unless otherwise stated. |
| 3. | Used engines must have new front and rear main seals, oil and filter installed by the purchaser upon installation since Zionsville Autosport does not warranty against oil leaks. |
| 4. | Used engines will require a tune up at the responsibility or the purchaser. Failure to install a new timing belt will void all warranties. |
| 5. | Transmissions are warranted to be in good working condition against slippage and shifting failures. Must be installed by a reputable shop within 48 hours for a valid warranty. |
| 5. | Proper fluid levels must be maintained at all times engine, transmission, and differential warranties to be valid. |
| 6. | Zionsville Autosports liability from all causes is limited to the goods sold or furnished. if goods are defective we will not be responsible beyond the original invoice price of the defective part sold. |
| 7. | Zionsville Autosport does not assume responsibility for labor, towing charges, lay-up time, telephone, loss due to down time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconvenience, car or truck rental. |
| 8. | The seller, Zionsville Autosport, hereby expressly disclaims any other warranties, either expressed or implied including any implied particular purpose and Zionsville Autosport neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sales of these parts. We are not responsible for any loss caused from installation, removal, repair, replacement, or use of this merchandise. |
